Current Issue
Volume 1, Number 1 (March 2026) marks the inaugural issue of the Indonesian Journal of Inclusive Law (IJIL). This first publication represents the journal’s commitment to advancing scholarly discourse on inclusive, equitable, and progressive legal development in Indonesia and the global context.
This issue brings together interdisciplinary perspectives that examine law not only as a normative system but also as a transformative instrument to promote social justice, equality before the law, human rights protection, and access to justice for marginalized and vulnerable communities. The published articles explore contemporary legal challenges, including constitutional law, human rights law, comparative law, governance, and socio-legal studies, with particular emphasis on inclusivity and fairness in legal systems.
As an academic platform, IJIL aspires to foster critical analysis, comparative research, and innovative legal thinking that support sustainable legal reform and inclusive public policy. The journal welcomes contributions from scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers who are dedicated to strengthening inclusive legal frameworks at national, regional, and international levels.
This inaugural issue sets the foundation for IJIL’s long-term vision: to become a reputable forum for high-quality legal scholarship that promotes inclusiveness, diversity, and justice in law.
